CHRISTOPHER ROBBINS

Christopher Robbins was born in South Carolinian, and currently resides in Myrtle Beach. As a member of Actors Equity Union, he has professionally worked in entertainment for over 27 years and his spectrum ranges from singer, dancer, MC, actor, producer, stage manager, director, and choreographer.

Chris has worked with entertainment gurus such as Donny and Jimmy Osmond, Darius Rucker, Justin Timberlake, Kelly Rowland, Jennifer Holliday, Kristine W, Lee Greenwood, Caroline Lewis Jones (Unbound), Gil Stroming, Adrienne Canterna, Robbie Mackey, Jean Whitaker, Joe Lanteri (NYCDA/StepsNY), Pamela Bolling, Sunny Raskin, Gary Pate, Grace Wakefield, Gaye Baxley, Abby Lee Miller, Megan Curtis (Carolina Opry/Nxt Lvl), Mike Curtis (All That), Kim Wolfe, and Pam Chancey (BDC NY). 

In his career, he has worked for major companies like Opryland Productions, Gaylord Productions, Victoria's Secret, Hardrive Productions, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Pzazz Entertainment, OnStage Productions, Moranz Ent., Savannah Ballet Theatre, Columbia City Ballet, StarStudded Entertainment, Walt Disney World Productions, and Tokyo Disney Productions. Chris was in Disney Productions of Beauty and the Beast, Lion King and Tarzan Rocks to name a few. He was full-time swing for "Legends in Concert" based out of Las Vegas for 8 years. One of his accolades is the role of “The Grinch” for the City of Savannah 2016-2019 and in the famous Ballet "The Nutrcracker" as Guest Artist Grande Pas de Deux at the Lucas Theater 2017-2019.

He is a Ballroom coupled winner for "Dancing with the Horry County Stars" televised program in 2009, 2011-2013, & 2015-2016. His company has raised over $200,000 for charities such as “Make a Wish”, BE2/ECHS, American Cancer Society, Children’s Hospitals, Pride, and other charities. Chris worked for Hardrive Prodoction as production and executive assistant to President/CEO, Pamela Bolling, where he facilitated shows for Celebrity Cruises, Atlantis Bahamas, Nashville/Gaylord, Walmart Shareholders show, and other companies. 

Chris has been employed by 12 dance competition circuits in the past 27 years, for many he was regional director, choreographer, master teacher, MC and sound engineer for dance competition circuits like  EncoreDCS, StarPower, Imagine, FusionNDC, and Showstopper.  Most of his coached students have pursued careers on Broadway, television (SYTYCD, DWTS, and Dance Moms, to name a few), ballet companies, movies, Radio City Rockettes, BadBoysofDance, Mather Dance Program, Brea Space both in California, and assistants to many dance conventions. Chris is finished on the movie "1 Chance 2 Dance" filmed in Los Angeles, as choreographer and played the role of "Alex" IMDB.

Mr. Robbins presently is full-time Dance Department Director and Teacher at North Charleston High School, and adjunct college professor in Theater & Dance department at College of Charleston & guests many Colleges and Universities, one being USC Theater and Dance Department with Susan Anderson. He is employed by 3 competition circuits currently as Judge, master teacher (All Genres), MC, choreographer, and faculty on a national level. He privately trains students across the US at Studios using his specialized Kinesiology and WSI Licensed coaching, with body alignment, conditioning, strength, stretch, across the floor, and combo.

Chris currently teaches for Nxt Lvl Dance Project and master teaches on Inspire Intensives, StarTalent, Endless Talent and DMA touring the US. Chris is CEO/Artistic Director of E’clatez Production Co. LLC which produces events and Cabaret based variety shows in Myrtle Beach.
